When you first heard that you made the team, what was your initial reaction?
When I first heard that I made the Australian team my first reaction was to say to Mum, “guess what? I made the team” it was definitely a good day
Are you doing anything differently in preparation for this competition?
I am doing some different preparation leading up to world juniors which includes some more technique work with less throws and more gym sessions
What are you most looking forward to about the trip to Eugene (USA)?
Definitely the competition and meeting some people from other countries and just the atmosphere in the stadium while out at an event
Who has been your biggest inspiration in this sport?
My brother is my inspiration who has represented Australia at world youth and juniors and this year the commonwealth games
What advice would you give to someone who is looking to become a professional Athlete?
Any advice would to be 100% to everything that you do whether it be a training session or a comp and to always remember to enjoy what you are doing
