The Suunto Ambit3 Vertical is the newest watch to come from Suunto. In regards to specs, the Vertical sits under the Ambit3 Peak and above the Ambit3 Sport. Though, it also comes with some design improvements over the more expensive (Peak) version.
My most anticipated features of the Suunto Ambit3 Vertical is the ability to do a lot more through the Movescout mobile application. Being able to create activities and upload watch moves on the fly is a massive improvement on my Suunto Ambit2 S.
I also enjoy the less bulky feel of the Vertical, especially since it doesn’t have the infamous Suunto GPS nub that has caused a fair amount of discomfort to Suunto customers.
