Athletics Australia has released its selection policy for the 2022 World Athletics Championships in Oregon, and its nomination policy for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.
2022 World Athletics Championships
The World Athletics Championships will be held in Eugene, USA from 15-24 July 2022.
On 12 December 2020, World Athletics announced the qualification system for the 2022 World Championships.

2022 Commonwealth Games
The 2022 Commonwealth Games will take place in Birmingham, England between 28 July – 8 August 2022.
