The 2017 Hunter Track Classic is only a few days away with the men’s 1500 metre and 800 metre races set to be absolute rippers.
The 800 metre race will feature Rio Olympian Peter Bol, the national record holder in Alex Rowe and the New South Wales Champion, Mason Cohen.
The 1500 metre’s is jam packed with Australian representatives. Jordan Gusman goes into the race favourite after a solid first half of the season. Melbourne Track Club’s athlete, Jordan Williamsz, will be looking to do what he couldn’t do at the Steigen Spectacular in December, by taking first place from Gusman. The race also features World Junior representatives in Zak Patterson, Adrian Plummer and Isaac Hockey. World School Cross Country representative Joshua Torley is also in top form and will be vying for a quick time.
