Dan Forsyth is our 41st Athlete to speak to us about making the 2014 IAAF World Junior Championships Team. Members of the Spark Team will compete in Eugene (USA), from July 22nd to 27th 2014.
How did you get involved in Athletics?

Are you doing anything differently in preparation for this competition?
I have ramped my training right up and I’m trying to look after my body a bit better, in terms of what I eat and recovery after sessions.
What are you most looking forward to about the trip to Eugene (USA)?

Who has been your biggest inspiration in this sport?
Steven Solomon, having gone through the same competitions we have it’s easy to relate to him and admire his success.
What advice would you give to someone who is looking to become a professional Athlete?
Believe in your ability, and never forget the work you’ve put in to get where you
